7. Delivery Details

We currently provide local delivery to Lindon, UT and Pleasant Grove, UT, all other cities will be subject to Local Pick-up Options or packaged shipments, whichever is selected by you, the client. While we strive for prompt delivery, sometimes unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If your package encounters any issues in transit, reach out to us, and we'll do our best to resolve the situation promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority.

We take pride in delivering top-notch printed products, but we understand that mistakes can happen. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, don't hesitate to contact us for assistance. We're committed to an excellent 5 Star experience with Fidjiti, LLC.

Fidjiti, LLC reserves the right and honestly we are so excited to showcase and promote client creations, designs, which have been printed by us on various social media platforms unless otherwise specified by the client. By engaging with our design, marketing or printing services, you acknowledge and agree that your work may be featured in our marketing and advertising materials. We are so proud of our team work! However, if you prefer to opt out of this feature, please inform us, and of course we will respect your request accordingly. 

11. Parting Ways or Termination of Services

We hope you'll stick around, but if circumstances change, we understand. Should we find that a user's actions are not aligned with our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to take appropriate action. Our goal is to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all members of the Fidjiti, LLC community.
