What resolution do my files need to be?

We recommend files be 300 DPI resolution or more, to ensure a great print from your PDF, JPG or PNG files. 

Can you use my Canva Design?

Yes!, Please send us your Canva design, you can share it with print@fidjiti.com and make sure to give us edit access so we can scoot things that are too close to the edges. 

Where do I drop off my Clothes to be printed?

We are borrowing space at Mustache Power until we have a different solution. Their address is: 597 S Pleasant Grove Blvd, Suit 5, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062

How can I get free delivery?

Orders over $24 automatically get free next day delivery! You can calculate the rest of shipping rates on our site by plugging in your address, it's based on your address, we use popular carriers.

When will my order be delivered?

We are trying to be like AMAZON, LOL isn't everyone, and deliver your print orders the next day! There are things that take us a little longer. Clothing, Yard Signs & Door Hangers just 5-7 days, and Air Fresheners take the longest with 25-30 days production time.
